I have been heavily vaping weed for a while and the last week or so I have started to have some chest pain. I noticed the pain would sometimes get worse when smoking weed. I went for an EKG, chest x-ray and bloodwork. Everything was normal other than the EKG which had no ST changes, +T wave inversion in III, AVF. +T-wave flattening in v5-v6.

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that these ECG changes could be related to myocardial ischemia induced by smoking weed.
For this reason, I would recommend stopping weed and performing one of the tests mentioned below, in order to investigate for possible coronary artery disease:
- an exercise cardiac stress test
- a dobutamine cardiac stress echo
- a coronary angio CT scan.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
