Hi, I Have A Really Bad Cheesey Odor Behind My

Question: Hi, I have a really bad cheesey odor behind my ears. I wash them thoroughly daily and the smell keeps coming back still. It has been going on for a while. Is this an infection or something else? The only thing that seems to work a bit is Apple Cider Vinegar, but that's temporarily. It also happens with the pores on my face, especially when I wake up in the morning. I do have really oily skin, so not sure if that plays a factor. Thanks!

I would recommend you to use ketoconazole shampoo alternate days and apply lotion containing clotrimazole behind the ears twice daily 3 weeks.

Is there fungi behind my ear that's causing the smell? Also, will ketoconazole help with dandruff, flaking, itchy and inflamed skin?
