Question: Hi,

I have a small patch on my left lower lip. I believe most likely a burst vessel.

Would you be able to give an opinion based on photos attached?

Hii. It looks like some papule. Please consult an Ent surgeon so that he or she can examine this properly. If this papule is of small duration and looks like a blood vessel then observe it for 1 week. If it is slowly decrease with time then there is no need to worry. You can give some hot fomentation over the papule. You can apply some kenacort steroid ointment over it. But if it is increasing in size slowly then you may need to sent it for biopsy by excising it. At present keep it for observation and consult an Ent surgeon.
