Question: Hi, I have a very itchy Anus, almost a sensation of something moving or crawling. I also have a couple of pimple looking things on my butt cheek but not an actual rash. Was wondering if this is scabies or something else?

I have gone through your query and the attached picture. The images do not show any marked inflammation in the area.

Pruritis ani (anal itching) can be caused by a variety of conditions like allergic dermatitis, use of harsh soap/toilet paper, pinworm infection, fungal/yeast infection. In some people, dry skin in the area can also contribute to itching.
It is difficult to provide a definite answer without doing a physical examination and doing swab microscopy testing.
So please follow up with your primary provider for necessary evaluation.

Meanwhile, keep the area clean and dry. Use mild soap and soft toilet paper. Keep the area moisturized.
