Needs to consult a Urologist for detailed examination...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query .
Based on the facts that you have posted, pain in the scrotum, burning urination with urgency and painful ejaculation that you have is mostly due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis).
You need to consult a Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get the following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis:
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) semen culture.
In the meantime, you may start taking antibiotics like Bactrim DS (may need a prescription from your local physician) along with anti-inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac twice daily.
Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis
Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you.
Thanks and Regards.
