Hi, I Have Been Having Elevated Wbc At Around 14

Question: Hi,
I have been having elevated wbc at around 14 since 2018. My neutrophils are elevated and my sed rate and crp is also high. I went to a hematologist and blood cancers were ruled out. I also went to infectious disease specialist and that was also ruled out. I went to an immunologist and autoimmune diseases were ruled out. My complement total (ch50) test also came back high. I don’t have any major symptoms. I generally have stomach issues due to IBS and had mild gastritis in 2016 but all my blood levels were normal then and I was treated for h.pylori in 2015. I also have a lot of back pain. Other than that I seem mostly healthy. My doctor is assuming that there could be a tumor somewhere and is sending me to a Gastroenterologist to investigate further. I did want to get a second opinion to know if this is something I should investigate further and what are the other possibilities of what it could be. I really want answers as I have been dealing with this for 2 years now.
