Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Having pain in different places is not is not normal of course but doesn't mean that it is threatening.
I want to know some more details like the places where it happens, if you have recently been doing physical activity more than you are used to.
If you have been on sauna or warm weather and are dehydrated.
I think you can use any painkillers such acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain. Increase water and fluid intake . Try to have rest and calm down.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

It usually happens in my legs or arms, sometimes my back. I use ibrphrophen but it still happens sometimes.
Brief Answer:
It can be dehydration.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thank you for asking again. I think it is muscle pain. Exercising too much and in hot weather can make it happen. Also lack of exercising and staying in the same position for long can make it happen.
Remember to drink lots of water and fluids to keep hydrated.
Have a mild physical activity.
