Hi, I Have Been Having Really Bad Pain. I Get

Question: Hi,
I have been having really bad pain. I get back pain that spreads up my back, it feels like something is being sucked out and it kills me. I get bad stomach pain, headaches. It’s constant. Also my period pains were awful.
I had three doctors say endometriosis to me which I believe is a possibility. So about 2 months ago I had the contraceptive implant. There has been diminished pain due to no periods however the general pan is till here.
Could you tell me if it is endometriosis, will the pain eventually go with the implant? What should I do, or what do you suggest? Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Endometriosis can cause back pain too.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Taking count that all the tests you have done, blood tests, CT scan are normal then the problem causing the back pain can be endometriosis. I think the contraception implant will diminish most of the pain and you will feel even better in next months.
Also you can continue to use antinflamatory drugs such advil or naproxen for pain.
You may consider laparoscopy surgery to remove endometriosis surgically.
Also you may use aromatase inhibitors such anastozole if your gynaecologist recommends it.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
