Question: Hi I have been out playing golf today and come home and took my shirt off and discovered all this pigmentation on my back and you can see some also on the front of my shoulders also
I’ve seen it before but not as bad and then it goes away in a few days
What do you think this is and what’s causing it?
The only new medication im on is 100grams sertra per day

Hello again. Finally I can see the photo.
In my opinion it is psoriasis.
It is a skin conditions that makes skin red and exfoliating that pop on no reason or may be stress. It has autoimmune origin and causes inflammation.
You can use a corticosteroid cream to make them better.
You should keep shin moisturised with coal tar or can use it as lotion and also petroleum jelly is beneficial.
Also you can use retinoid cream and vitamin D cream.
Visit your doctor for oral treatment if it doesn't get better.
