Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, you have Thrombosed Haemorrhoid.
It is a very painful condition.Blood gets clotted in the Haemorrhoid.Due to this, many individuals will avoid going to stool. It doesn't subside with medicines.I will do Haemorrhoidectomy surgery to my patients with Thrombosed pile.Removal of the pile mass along with Blood clot will give relief to the patient.
Till Surgery, please take high fiber diet.Drink plenty of liquids.Take fresh fruits and vegetables.Your stool should be soft.
Please consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist and proceed further.
If you want to exclude any other condition , Colonoscopy is preferred. It cannot be a Fistula.Skin tag can also be due to Fissure in Ano.Ulcerative colitis can be diagnosed by COLONOSCOPY.It doesn't look like IBS.
Nothing to worry.
Surgery for Haemorrhoids is a simple procedure.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further
Wish you good health and speedy recovery
Regards
