I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached pictures.
It seems to be furuncle which is inflammation of the hair follicle.
It is not cancerous.
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the lesion?
Is it painful or associated with itching and burning?

It is painful when it is touched. But it dosnt feel itchy. It's been 3 or 4days. I feel like it's growing in size. That's what I am worried. The area is hard. Not soft.
Should I use clindamycin 2%on it to reduce infection in that area?

Furuncle, oral & topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it is a furuncle.
You need to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics.
You can apply clindamycin cream on the affected area.
Also take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days.
For pain take ibuprofen tablet.
Oral antibiotic is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
