Brief Answer:
Enteritis or inflammation of the intestine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,

From the history given by you, it seems to be untreated to gastroenteritis. As the name suggested enteritis refers to inflammation of intestines. When this inflammation is more body stops responding to oral medicines.

Although, as per your description, blood and stool tests were normal, a few more test I would suggest you.

Please go for an Ultrasound scan of the abdomen to rule out intestinal inflammation.
A course of antibiotic may be required as per the consult of your primary doctor. However, as you said stool test is normal, no antibiotics are required.

Till then continue Imodium 4 mg three times a day.
Take plenty of oral rehydration solution.
Take light home-made food easily digestible.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
