Hi I Have Garde 3 Varicocele In Left And Garde

Question: Hi I have garde 3 varicocele in left and garde 1 in right. Can it be cured without surgery. Do have longtime piles and recently detected 3mm stone in left kidney. Also we are trying to conceive please advise.

You have not mentioned your age in your query,

You have Bilateral Varicocele grade 3 on left side and grade one on Right side .
Varicocele results from the incompetency of non returning valves that are located in testicular veins .Under normal circumstances these non returning valves prevent column of blood to fall down during upright position ,But when these valve become weak or incompitant these veins dilate what is called as Varicocele .This is a mechanical diffect hence can not be cured by medicine .

As regards your query about conceiving your wife I would state that Varicocele does have effect on sperm count and sperm morphology and may be a cause for infertility .Hence I would suggest you to get Semen Analysis done .

The stone of a size of 3 mm in your kidney can be left alone and expected to pass out in urine spontaneously and does not require active treatment except drinking more water .

2) How many children you have ?

I would suggest you get Semen Analysis done before consulting either Urologist or Infertility specialist . This will help you assess the Sperm count ,motility of sperms .morphology of sperms etc which play important role in conception.and would also know whether Varicocele has affected your fertility .This will also help to determine the further line of treatment .
