Brief Answer:
Please attach a photo of the lesion.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Possible causes like pustular dermatitis must be considered.
It will be helpful it you attach a picture in the follow up query.
Do you have any comorbid conditions like diabetes?
The lesions in the ankle are exactly similar to wrist? Which one starter first? Is itching worsening in the night?
Waiting for your reply and photograph of the lesion .
Thanks

I have uploaded the image. It started from legs. Lesions over wrist and legs are same. It does not worsen at night.
Brief Answer:
Looks like prurigo.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the photographs.
The lesion looks like a skin condition called prurigo. However other conditions like pustular dermatitis or certain kind of eczema can also present with similar lesion.
As of now you can apply over the counter available antibiotic-steroid combination like betamethasone-mupirocin for symptomatic relief. Antihistamines like cetrezine can be taken for itching.
If lesion persists you can consult a dermatologist and plan for a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.
Thanks
