Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
Please furnish me with some more information regarding your digestion, stools&motion itself(defication.)
Is it painful/itching some time.?
Do you have constipation?
Did you pass blood (spots or more)with stools?
Any thing else you want to share?

It is very painful sometimes and itchy too, my digestion has been the same, no constipation or anything. There hasn’t been any blood or anything but it does hurt a lot when i have bowel movements. If you want I can send a picture.
Brief Answer:
Seems to be infection by viruses/secondary infection of the fissure
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the information.
Thinking of the absence of any specific symptoms as per your answer.
The bumps you have seem to be infection/inflammation of anal tissue. It can be a viral infection or an infected anal fissure(significantly causing pain while passing stools).
*The diagnosis would be by direct examination of the lesion ..both visually, by feeling and examining a small piece of tissue under the microscope if needed.
The exact nature of infection would help in specific management. Please consult an Anorectal surgeon.
* Self-help- Before you get an appointment with an anorectal surgeon..you can go for self-help. See that the stools are smooth in texture...thus not to cause pressure or hurt the lesion (having sufficient fibers and water in diet would help.)You can consider taking Duphalac liquid over the counter ....at bedtime.
Apply Anovate ointment /Proctosedyl suppository before going to the washroom..would ease the pain. The doctor may advise the fomentation of the area by sitting in schitz bath.
Hope that helps. Any follow up query is welcome!
Thanks
