Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As you have already consulted with dentist and physician. Still Kindly follow up with a bit more information.
Please let me know do you have cold, cough with phlegm, sore throat, difficulty in swallowing, ear ache, blurry vision?
In that case you can do saline or Betadine gargles. Take steam inhalation twice a day. You can use nasal saline drops in case of nasal congestion. Continue tablet acetaminophen for headache. Avoid allergens. Keep your self warm.
Otherwise you may require few more investigations like complete hemogram, erythrocyte sedimention rate (ESR), c reactive protein (CRP), MRI brain after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion to rule out any possibilities of temporal arteritis.
Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.... Thank you.
Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
