Question: Hi, I have history of regular nasal allergy. I regularly use duo nase evry three four days. Also I sometimes used to ha e breathing problem. Whenever I tend to have this problem I use astbalin inhaler. Interestingly I was transferred to XXXXXXX last year and suddenly one day I asked my wife not to use incandescent sticks during her morning XXXXXXX and my nasal and breathing problem vanishes just like that. I was not having both of the problem entirely lsst one year. I was so relieved. But from last one month or so I am again having nasal allergy and this time kind of heavy. I now have to use duo nase almost everyday and from last one week or so I am having severe breathing problem. I have to use asthalin 7-8 times a day. Yeterday I took asthalin 4mg tablet also but end up using two tablet. I am frightened on this. I am thinking what changes I have done in my day to day life in last one month but not able to find anything. Would you please advise me on madication to cure this or should I carry out some test. Could you advise me why suddenly all this have started when pollution level in XXXXXXX are not yet rising to alarming level.During winter like Nov Dec pollution level in XXXXXXX rises to critical level. Though rainy and damp season is ongoing here.

Thanks for posting the query
As you already said you have History of allergic bronchitis and rhinitis.
You can start on Tab. Montair LC 2 times a day for 5 to 10 days and Budecot inhaler 2 puff for 3 times a day for 5 to 6 days for relief
But as you are having this symptoms for more than 1 month, I suggest you consult ENT specialist once and get chest Xray and Eosinophil counts tested.
Any issue do follow up
Take care.
