Regarding itchy skin lesions on leg
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
It seems like eczemayous dermatitis or it could possibly be from insect bites. It doesnt look like fungal. I suggest you to continue with the steroid cream for a few more days. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
Hope I have answered your query.Let me know if you need any more assistance

He gave a steroid cream. As you can see it has sorted the leg but it remains itchy and felt bumpy on leg I thought it may have been a insect bite first. But docTor didn’t give me antibiotic the leg felt bumpy

I just want to confirm it’s not Vasculitis?
Why does it keep coming back I think when I get itchy sensation it gets worser again haha.
I have tried steroid cream for 4-5 weeks it hasn’t completely healed sir

It was the daktocort HC cream. I’m guessing it’s not or doesn’t look like Vasculitis then?

Brief Answer:
Eczmatous dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Doesn't seem like vasculitis. Neither does it look fungal to me. It seems eczematous to me. The cream you've been using a topical antifuingal (miconazole ) with steroid (hydrocortisone ) combination. I don't think it would offer any significant relief in this case.
I suggest you to use a potent topical steroid and antibiotic combination cream e.g either clobetasol propionate and neomycin cream (Tenovate Gn cream), twice daily on affected area. It is a prescription medication. In addition i suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day in evening.
Take care
