Question: Hi , I have just got out of hospital from laparoscopic surgery on a perforated appendix. What exercises can I do body wise to keep in shape and how long before I can play golf?.

You had perforated appendix open surgery is preferable. If you had laparoscopy then most possibly it was not perforated.
