Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be due to bacterial vaginitis. Usually lymph node swelling tends to occur near to the area of infection.

As you had already consulted with gynecologist and advised antibiotics. I would suggest you to continue the same. Maintain proper hygiene.

Still Kindly follow up with a bit more information,
Do you have burning while urination, fever, lower abdominal pain?

In that case you may require detailed clinical evaluation after gynecologist consultation to rule out any other possibilities of urinary tract infection /sexually transmitted infection.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

As per your history, infection may cause early periods.

So I would suggest you to consult with gynecologist and get evaluated to rule out any other possibilities for urinary tract infection /sexually transmitted infections.

For ulcers, you can apply zytee gel and take tablet multivitamin. Take balanced diet and proper sleep. Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Hope I have answered your query..

Hi doctor ,
I cannot visit a gynecologist these days for some personal reasons I can only visit them next week, following up on yesterday, I’m still feverish and I have night sweats , also I’m always feeling tired and fatigue and sleepy, I don’t know if it’s the jet lag effect or is this related to my condition, as for my period/bleeding it’s less today and I think it finished, also the lymph node in the groin area is still swollen and didn’t get better. I’m afraid that this might get worse until I’m able to see a doctor when I travel back in a week.
I am concerned. Please advise me other than visiting gynecologist because I won’t be able to.
Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Fever and swollen lymph nodes may be due infection as explained above.

Still Please let me know,
do you have any other symptoms cold, cough, sore throat, burning while urination?

Till then you can take acetaminophen for fever. Keep yourself hydrated.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying conditions.
