"Bilateral full filled direct digital mammography in craniocaudal and mediolateral oblique
projections show multiple rounded dermal micro calcified spots in the Rt. breast.
Fibroglandular tissues show mild asymmetry in the subareolar Rt. breast and a minimal
nipple retraction on the craniocaudal view.
Lt. breast ductal lobular densities remain within normal limits.
Focal magnification views of the subareolar Rt. breast and ultrasound correlation
recommended.

Likely to be a normal variation.

I have seen the attached report. The microcalcified spots in right breast are a normal finding and suggest degenerative changes.
The mild asymmetry in subareolar area can be a normal variation. You can get a repeat mammography done after 6 months to monitor any changes.
