Hi there
Thanks for the query
I have read your query and understood your Probed you have pain at the back of the neck that radiates to the arms and hands?
You seem to be suffering from symptoms of nerve compression in the neck. You also have tinnitus in the ears.
It is advisable to ask your GP to arrange an MRI cervical spine and also get you an ENT consult to rule out the cause of tinnitus. It could be low blood pressure, high blood pressure, nerve compression, infection.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

The symptoms you are experiencing is likely due to trapped nerve in the spine that goes to the back of your head. The ear symptoms are likely tinnitus and may not be related to nerve compression in the spine. You will need an MRI cervical spine and am ENT consult

Nerve compression can feel very painful and van very commonly occur in foraminal stenosis.
It would be appropriate to get an ENT consult to rule out tinnitus and vertigo.
