Question: Hi,
I have recently been for a semen analysis and received the all clear with normozoospermia. I would however like a second opinion as my morphology score seems low even though it is based on strict criteria I am wondering what you thoughts are on the morphology combined with the rest of the results.
My results were
concentration 75 milion per ml
total sperm: 300 milion
Progressive 55%
Morphology 4%

You are absolutely right regarding report.Morphology more than 4% is normal.
You need not worŕy with one report .
You can repeat it after 3 weeks with 3 to 6 days abstinence.Semen analysis report varies from lab to lab and time to time.
Mean while an andrology check up can be done to rule out any infection or varicocele.
