Brief Answer:
Approximately 80 degrees of Cobb angle.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to " Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query, I examined the x-rays that you uploaded too.
It is difficult to measure the correct Cobb ( scoliosis) angle without a complete spine x-rays film.
However, I measured yours on the x-rays that you provided.
It is severe scoliosis of your lumbar spine with a measured Cobb angle of 80 degrees.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask if you have further questions.

Hi. I am in the process of putting a referral to see a spine surgeon. They want a full MRI of my spine before my nurse practitioner can put the referral in. My nurse practitioner said the MRI will take approximately 5 months to get. It is greatly affecting my breathing the way I am sitting in my wheelchair. My neck leans to the side that I am affected by the scoliosis. Is there anything I can ask for or is there a way to get an urgent referral? I’m not sure how this works with referrals. Thanks in advance.

Just to add to the last follow up question, I have added a picture of the way I’m sitting so you can see how that is affecting my neck and breathing.

Hello again.
With that scoliosis degree and pulmonary problems, you should be treated very soon surgically.
Five months is too long, so, in your case, you should see a Pneumologist for your respiratory problems, and you should get from him a recommendation for faster scoliosis treatment.
Hope I helped you.
Take care
