Brief Answer:
It could be Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the Abdomen can be due to many reasons.
1. Gastritis is common where Stomach develops Ulcers causing Abdominal pain.It can be due to Pain killer tablets, alcohol, spicy food, carbonated drinks. So, you should avoid all.these.
2.As.you are female,Gall.bladder stones have to be excluded.Ultrasound abdomen will give a.clue.
For Gastritis/Acid peptic disease,I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Domperidone to my patients.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
If pain doesn't come down, you should consult your doctor and get investigated with Ultrasound abdomen,Upper GI endoscopy.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards

The pain is getting worse, traveling to my back. I've gastritis before and this is certainly much more severe. I cannot move because if I do, the pain gets worse. I have not slept since the pain is unbearable. I did not eat spicy food, take pain pills or drink carbonated drinks. Is there possibly something else? I am going to urgent care as soon as they open. What can I so do to relieve the pain until the doctor's office is open? It's extremely painful.

Brief Answer:
Please take Syrup Sucralfate 10ml three times a day

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Severe pain cannot be due to Colon cancer.Initially,it presents with Bleeding per Rectum, Distension of Abdomen, Constipation etc.
You can take Antacid syrup or Sucralfate syrup if available.
You should get an Ultrasound abdomen first. If it is normal, then Upper GI endoscopy should be done.
Before that, you should be stabilised.
Depending upon the symptoms, injections should be given.
You can take Anti spasmodic tablet if you have.
Nothing to worry.
