Hi, I Have Small Greyish Black Hard Pimple/lesion On Foreskin
Question: Hi, I have small greyish black hard pimple/lesion on foreskin of penis
No pain, No itch, nothing, No fever, headache, No fatigue/ feeling weak. I only feel them in the way when cleaning or my wife touching, it spawns up lot of doubts, I want to get rid of them.
So far because of local physician prescription tried Ointment but only 2 times, I didn't see any difference, I will still keep trying but I also wanted to check with you guys as these days doctors are like not interested in solving problems, he didn't even greet me properly, didn't want to listen to the details i was giving, didn't want to see the pimple with zoom lens and under proper light ,just wrote ointment & he is family physician but not specialised in (dermatologist /Sexologist / Urologist etc..)
First image is latest August 30 2019, rest are April 23 & July 2019, First time i noticed April 23 2019 but it may be there few weeks/months before not sure. I use trimmer to trim hair.

They seem like genital warts to me. It is an STD caused by Human Papilloma Virus(HPV) and transmitted by having sex with an infected partner. I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region who would remove them with a Cautery. Other treatment options are either podophyllin application or topical imiquimod 5% cream. Both of these are prescription medications. You won't find them over the counter.
