Brief Answer:
Chronic infection can cause bleeding from Seminal Vesicle
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
I have gone through our previous discussion on this issue way back in May 2016 .
Based on the positive finding on imaging studies the Hemospermia that you have is likely to be due to presence of stones in Seminal Vesicle .
The causes of Hemospermia in established diagnosis in your case could be due to
1) Irritation of delicate mucosa of seminal vesicle by stones
2) Irritation of mucosa due to pressure of bowel over the stone leading to bleeding while passing stools
3) Chronic inflammation (Seminal Vesiculitis)resulting due to stones
4) Injury to mucosa due to stones .
I would suggest you to get these stones removed or fragmented by an endoscopic procedure called Endoscopic Seminovesiculoscopy .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for the reply.
I was told by many urologists that I have to live with it. There is no solution is only to remove the left seminal visicle, not the stones only.
My understanding is they can't remove the stones alone.
Please clarify.
thanks

Please see tha attached report regarding the operation.

Please see tha attached report regarding the operation.

I have seen so many urologist they either say:
- I have to live with it because there is only blood coming out and no other symptoms.
OR
-by minimally invasive resection of the left vesicle. It is robotic surgery with abdominal approach.
Nobody even proposed endoscopic procedure because they said it can't be reached.

Brief Answer:
Endoscopic removal of stone not possible in your case ,Read Details below
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up and uploading your report .
Endoscopic removal or fragmentation of the seminal vesicle stones is possible only when ejaculatory duct is patent so that small sized instrument (Ureteroscope) is passed through urethra and then through Ejaculatory duct in to Seminal vesicle and the stone are fragmented or removal by basketing endoscopicaly .
In your case MRI study has revealed scarring or stricture of the Ejaculatory duct making it impossible to pass Ureteroscope in to Seminal Vesicle and to reach out up to stone .
My earlier comment was based assuming that ejaculatory duct is normal or dilated (As you have not posted MRI report or report of your Dr earlier ).
In a given situation I would suggest you to go for Robotic surgery of removal of Left seminal vesicle .
Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for the reply.
I have questions please:
1-Can the workouts such as running and cycling cause the bleeding?
2- The sudden bleeding after 2 or 3 months of no bleeding can be a cause of inflammation even without any other symptoms ?
3-What could be the causes of a sudden bleeding after long time of no bleeding?
4-Are there any meds or else that can reduce/stop the bleeding please?
Please let me know.
Thanks

You and another urologist said:
"In a given situation I would suggest you to go for Robotic surgery of removal of Left seminal vesicle ."
Since there is a surgery anyway, why not remove the stones only? Why remove the seminal vesicle ?
Is there an explanation?
Thank you,

Removal of diseased organ prevents the recurrence .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing again .
It is the pathology (Infection and Inflammation )of the Seminal Vesicle that lads to formation of stones .Hence if a invasive surgery like Robotic surgery is being decided the primary objective is to remove the diseased Seminal Vesicle to prevent the recurrence of formation of stones .
.
Since endoscopic surgery is non invasive removal of stone can be repeated number of times .
Thanks and Regards.
