Hi, I Have Swelling And Bruising On The Left Side

Question: Hi, I have swelling and bruising on the left side of my left hand after hitting it on a door.... not sure if it’s broken as I can still move my fingers and move my hand although it is sore to touch. Should I go to get an X-ray?
