Hi I Have This Odd Burning Sensation Somewhere Around My

I have this odd burning sensation somewhere around my scrotum, testicles, the base of the penis and just around that area. It's an annoying sensation I will give it a 3 out of 10 in pain and it's just continuously going.
To try to describe it better, I feel when I sit down that I have this heavy or burning sensation that gets worse during the day. Its usually the better in the morning and gets worse as longer as I stay seated. Standing does give a little relief but not solving it.
I have hard time pinpointing the exact area as it seems to be very diffuse except it's around the area described above.
I have to reposition my testicles and touching them just fast makes for a very short relief and then it continues again right after. It makes it hard for me to sit down and do my work or relax at home.
I find it very very hard to describe it, so please ask questions or try to get an idea what it could be and what I can do to solve this as I have a hard time explaining it.

Based on the facts that you have posted pain in area around testiclles ,perineum and base of the penis that you have could be due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis .

1) Are you married ?
2) Are you engaged in unsafe sexual activities ?
3) Do you have any urinary complains like burning ,urgency etc ?
4)Do you have occasional fever ?
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Semen Examination and culture
4) Microscopic examination of a discharge obtained after doing prostate massage
In the mean time you can start taking antibiotic like Bactrim D.S and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .
.Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis
