Brief Answer:
Do a gastro-oesophagoscopy to get evaluated by a Gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The pain, burning feeling sick and difficulty eating may indicate different conditions such as inflammation of mucosal lining, ulcers or tumors of esophagus and stomach.
The inability to eat makes it necessary to get medical help.

I think you should get further evaluated by doing some examinations.
I think you may need to do a gastro-oesophagoscopy to see the conditions of the mucosal lining of the esophagus and stomach.

Pain killers, anti-inflammatory drugs are not recommended. You can use Buscopan which can relieve abdominal pain and cramping.

Also, antiacids (e.g. Omeprazole) should be used regularly to improve burning.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
