I just had a episode i felt my ear and head they felt numb all of sudden my whole body felt light and heart was pounding felt like i was diening. 2-3 minutes later i felt ok and normal heart rate dropped and numbness was gone. what could this be? i have no history of heart problem or any other medical conditions.

Hii. There may be many reasons for your symptoms. This may be due to medical or ent causes. In ear problems like menieres disease there is fullness of the ear and hearing loss and giddiness during such episode. This may be due to postural hypotension where there is sudden fall of blood pressure on standing with short period of unconsciousness also. This can also take place due to some cardiac problems where there may be short period of unconsciousness. It can be due to neurological problem as any cerebral circulation failure.
