Question: Hi I just had a stomach ache yesterday and will need a clear to go back to work tonight. I had eaten something bad and had an upset stomach yesterday but felt better this morning. Am I able to go back to work tonight ?

Hi and welcome. It sounds like gastritis or food poisoning and symptoms usually resolves within 24 hours in these cases. So I believe that you can go ti work if there is no vomiting and fever. Just try to have easier diet in next few days, avoid coffee, alcohol and spicy food. Drink memtha tea or take ranitidin for stomach ache. Wish you good health. Regards
