Question: Hi,
I just had some questions please.
- Is it possible to get pregnant if you have your clothes on? I have heard on google that no penetration is needed to get pregnant if me and my boyfriend are heavy kissing but we both have clothes on is there a 0 chance of pregnancy? Can you please explain to me as I have slight anxiety about getting pregnant I want to avoid it at all costs. If my boyfriend has an erection but there is no ejaculation is there 0 chance of pregnancy?
- If you are on the pill and you get pregnant will you still bleed when you are on the sugar pills? I am no longer on the pill but asking for a friend with this one.

Without a proper penetration and ejaculation inside the vagina, the chances of pregnancy are almost nil. The chances of pregnancy due to precum are less than 1%. If you both have your clothes on, then even if he ejaculates, the chances of pregnancy are nil.
If you get pregnant and while taking the sugar pills, you can get a mild spotting or a very light bleeding. This can happen due to implantation bleeding also.

Ok so if clothes are on is there is a 0 chance of pregnancy? Is that because wet sperm needs to access the vagina for pregnancy to occur?

My question was more so if someone is on the pill and they get pregnant will they keep getting their period or will they not get their period anymore when they take the sugar pills?

Thanks for writing again.
The zero chance of pregnancy is because the sperm needs a wet medium to travel and reach vagina.
If someone is on pill and gets pregnant then they will not get a regular period while taking the sugar pills. They can get a mild bleeding or spotting only.

My last question was will all women who are pregnant have higher hcg level? If I get multiple negative pregnancy tests can I trust 100% that it is accurate if it’s been a few weeks since the sexual encounter?

Yes. All pregnant women do have increased HCG levels during the first three months of pregnancy. If multiple pregnancy tests are negative and it has been more than 3 weeks since last sexual encounter then the pregnancy is ruled out and you can trust it 100%.
