Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details and very likely cause of your pain is gastritis.Gastritis means inflammation of gastric lining of stomach and is the most common cause of right sided pain.
Spleen though is mildly enlarged but it never causes Right sided pain.Righ side pain has clear cut two differential diagnosis
1) Gastritis
2)Gall bladder pathology-As ultrasound is normal it can not be the case
Suggestions-
Keep taking pantoprazole once in morning empty stomach.
Go for a endoscopy to rule out chronic gastritis/ H.pylori infection (Main bacteria causing Gastritis).
Spleen enlargement mild to moderate may have no significance( Not at all related to your query.

Hello and thanks for follow up,
In case you can feel a knot like structure it could be a cyst( soft cyst).
Palpation(physical examination) is just a way however in your case an ultrasound upper abdomen should be done to rule out any pathological condition.
Thanks
