Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that too violent and frequent ear vibrations are not much normal.
You have recently put on ear tubes and the vibration may indicate something related to them.
Falling out tubes or damaged and weakned ear drum may be causing the violent vibrations you are having.
I think you should go to ENT doctor to check the ear tubes.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
