Hi, I Know Know The Appropriate Vocabulary To Describe This

Question: Hi, I know know the appropriate vocabulary to describe this pain, sometimes shooting pain for a minute, but constant ache of my right buttocks. Sounds so silly - I just am trying to exercise and it hurts to run. It's like the lower out to the side of my butt.. So you are aware, December 26 2018 I slipped on ice and landed on my bottom, and did have a baseball size lump in same generally area. Lump I treated with Arnica & Deep Blue muscle ache stuff. (I live in XXXXXXX Hole Wyoming - lots of snow and ice...). thank you,
Jennifer

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
Is the pain present since your fall on ice or developed recently?
Any pain while walking, getting up from sitting position or any other movement?
Is the lump present since then?
Is there any tenderness on pressure over lump or any specific area?
Any other findings?
Any investigations like X-rays, CT scan or MRI of the affected area?
Please post the photos too.
Awaiting for your feedback and photos.
