Brief Answer:
Fybromyoma or irritable bowel syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think that bacterial vaginosis can cause the intermittent pain or pinching sensation in lower abdomen.
You can use metronidazole suppositories to treat bacterial vaginosis.
It is a good idea to do a pelvic ultrasound to check for possible anatomical issues such fybromyoma which can cause these symptoms.
Also colon issues such irritable bowel syndrome can cause these types of pain and pinching sensation in lower abdomen.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Surgery is the treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.

Fibromyoma is a benign tumor.
It doesn't have the risk of malignancy.
However, the treatment is only surgery.

Brief Answer:
Lumbar spine issues possible too.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again. The pain may also be caused by irritation of lumbar spinal nerves.
Yet an ultrasound should be done to check abdominal organs problems.
Also a x-ray of lumbar spine may be needed to check nerve issues.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.
