Question: Hi. I miscarried about five or six weeks ago. I just found out I am pregnant again. I did not even have a period. A week ago, my hcg levels were 124 and now they are at 1262.60. However, I also found out I have some ovarian cysts. Do you think this could be a viable pregnancy or is there any way the cysts could be causing this?

Brief Answer:
This could be viable pregnancy and is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

It is very much normal to conceive so soon and baby is likely to be healthy. Ovarian cyst you are seeing is probably corpus luteum. Meaning the ovulated follicle supports pregnancy this way by becoming a corpus luteum cyst. This is also normal.

This could be viable pregnancy.

Do continue with beta hCG every 48 hours and get trans vaginal ultrasound scan after 2 days to see gestational sac.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
