Brief Answer:
It can be viral respiratory infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think this can be viral respiratory infection.
If possible do a x-ray of the lungs.
You can continue taking acetaminophen for chills and bodyaches.
If possible ask for a covid19 test to the emergency number that your state has given to you.
Meanwhile continue to stay self isolated and keep yourself under observations .
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
