Brief Answer:
It can be viral respiratory infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think this can be viral respiratory infection.
If possible do a x-ray of the lungs.
You can continue taking acetaminophen for chills and bodyaches.
If possible ask for a covid19 test to the emergency number that your state has given to you.
Meanwhile continue to stay self isolated and keep yourself under observations .

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
No treatment is needed for feeling anxious now.

Detailed Answer:
Being anxious and stressed is much common for many people those days coping with pandemic and isolation.
You have to keep calm , try to avoid stress and excess of information about covid19.
The 90 bpm is a bit elevated but still within normal range and no treatment is recommended.
Avoid caffeine beverages, relax , exercise and eat healthy. Avoid covid19 information because it can contribute to stress.
Your health situation is stable and avoiding stress will help increase immunity.
