Posted on Sat, 1 Jun 2019
Question: Hi I notice a blister under the penis skin shaft it hurts due to the area but it usually goes away in a couple of days also I am getting anal itching near the opening. Can you tell me if this has anything to do with hiv, aids or stds or which one. Spoke to another doctor on here and he said it may be a yeast infection. To add my girlfriend and I are trying to make a baby but when semen gets in she says her belly hurts like a cramping pain. I don't have any pictures right now because I am not getting the symptoms right now

Brief Answer:
Could be yeast infection or eczematous reaction, topical anti fungal cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
These symptoms are not associated with HIV, AIDS or STD.
These could be related to a yeast infection or an eczematous reaction.
I would recommend you to apply anti fungal cream like miconazole cream on the perianal area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 2 weeks.
These should help in resolving your problem.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
