Brief Answer:
Lesion suggest molluscum probably.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for follow up with images.
Lesion seen as in images suggest molluscum.
It is viral infection by pox virus. It can be transmitted sexually and truama while removing pubic hairs.
Lesion has central punctum with whitish material containing molluscum bodies.
A number of treatment options are available for it such as curretage, liquid nitrogen , cautery etc. A dermatologist is needed for such treatment.
At times lesions can subside on it's own . Recent image sent by you probably indiacte healing and I will advise you to wait for some time.
A topical antibiotic may be applied such as fucidic acid will be helpful.
Herpetic lesions are more agreesive and painful. They occur more over shaft ,glans and produce ulcers.
I hope this will help you.Free feel to ask in case of any concern.
Thanks
