Hi, I Realized I Have A Tiny Mole Forming On
Question: Hi, I realized I have a tiny mole forming on my left breast. This mole is symmetrical, perfectly round in shape, black in colour without any discolorations in the edges and 0.2mm in size. Only thing that is worrying me is that its slightly raised when you touch it, but not noticeable when you see it. I also have a tiny rash on that breast as well for many years that can get itchy but once i apply cream, the itchiness disappears. I have eczema and I also experience heaviness in my chest, along with a bit of a stabbing pain on my left breast when I usually experience a week in advance sometime before my periods. But this time , I am sensing it more on my left breast and it is just bothering me if it can be serious. I am expecting my period next week so im not sure if this pain is only period related. My left leg starts paining when I stand for long and i also have back pain. I also gained weight recently and become obese and I am diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I also suffer from acidic reflux. I am 23, will be turning 24 in August. Please let me know if there can be any problems.
Brief Answer:
Looks like a simple mole.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the attached photographs.
The lesion looks like a simple mole and does not rise any suspicion of other conditions like melanoma. If there is increase in size, shape or texture, you have to be more cautious.
The pain and weight gain are typical or hormone related problems may be due to PCOS(polycystic ovarian syndrome), you can go for an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out PCOS. A thyroid function test(TFT) also required as hypothyroidism may cause similar symptoms.
The itching can be explained by eczema.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
