Hi,
Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. According to your statement, you have been suffering from sharp left upper abdominal pain and diarrhoea. You have also experienced a little stinging bruise underneath your left breast.
As you slouch a lot, so the fat in between your chest and stomach rubs against each other which may cause muscle strain. Muscle strain may develop such type of stinging bruise.
Again, gastritis is the inflammation of the stomach's lining. A patient with gastritis like you, can experience a sharp, stinging, stabbing or burning pain underneath the left breast. Such type of sharp, stinging sensation under the left breast can be an indicator of gastritis. Such type of stinging sensation of gastritis can also be present with heartburn, nausea, vomiting, bloating etc.
Stinging sensation under left breast will disappear with the passing of time as well as the healing of gastritis.
Take care. Don't be worried at all. Carry on your doctor's prescribing medication. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,
Thank you so much for joining again ago. Changing diet and lifestyle modifications can help to subside stinging sensation under left breast.
You can take some measures like avoid alcohol consumption or cigarette smoking, taking small portion of foods frequently rather than one big meal, avoid taking dairy, spicy, fried, acid forming foods or caffeinated beverages, take green leafy vegetables and plenty of foods, take acid reducing medications like antacids, domperidon etc.
