Hi I Recently Got A Dried Urine Test Done With

I recently got a dried urine test done with a nutritionist as I suffer many of the symptoms of low testosterone incl poor ercetions, poor libido, weak facial hair growth, low morning energy, lack of motovation etc. Numerous more.
I'm 30 years old and 6ft 3inches, 91kg, 25.2 BMI, 17.3 Body fat percentage.
Whilst I have no qualifications in the field I'm fairly well read on the subject of natural testosterone enhancement & yet I still present with many of the problems/symptoms. I train/work out 3 days a week using weights and walk a lot on off days and whilst my diet isn't perfect it's far better than most people's diets and i try to get a green smoothie with berries in everyday on top of eating clean. I take omega 3, vit d3, a multivitamin, boron. Since taking the dried urine test I have also started taking zinc and vit b complex. However these along with the countless different herbs/supplements I have taken over the years haven't helped my symptoms. Some of the supplements I have taken with no success over the years include ashwaganda, macuna puriens, forskolin, horny goat weed, Damian's, l citrulline, l arginine, pine pollen, stinging nettle root etc etc there have been many more and I have had no XXXXXXX with any of them.
The reason I'm emailing is that I have the results of my dried urine test here and I don't think my nutritionist is able to interpret them as good as a endocrinologist like yourself could. Can you see anything in the attached report that you think could help me naturally balance my hormones better?
If you need any additional information please don't hesitate to ask? I'm in no rush to have your answer back so please take your time in replying as I would rather you fully interpreted the results.
Thanks
TESTOSTERONE Deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to the "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr. Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.
I can see a testosterone deficiency in your attached report.
Testosterone has a crucial role in many aspects of body composition and sexual health.
As a testosterone booster, you can take diets rich of fenugreek and ginger, vitamin D and Zinc supplements, plentiful sun exposure, commercially available omega 3 supplementation and ashwgandha.
Increase the intake of nuts, beans and legumes.
It's good that you are physically active.
Testosterone is available in the form of gels, creams, patches, pills and injections.
Your clinician would be the best guide for the means of supplementation.
Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards
