Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, gall stones are different types of stones in the gall
bladder from various bile pigments.
* The shadow between the junction of small and large bowel may be physiologic
calcification, space occupying lesion or else.

Kindly provide me thorough details of current symptoms you are having, so that I can guide in a better precise manner.

If possible please provide the scanned copy of CT report in follow up.

Awaiting for your response.
Regards.
