Question: Hi, I recently went snow boating feel a few times.. so my chest has bee hurting. Anchy on breathing bone. Feelsntight. Like my bar is on. But it's not. I can hold my breath got 10 sec find..small pressure at that spot. I though between my stress at work and with this virus thing I was having anxiety. Received 1mg lorazapam twice a day.. on day 2.. I dont feel better . It's still there..could it be a snowboarding injury. I feel more relaxed but the pressure is there on the bone

Just concerned with the feeling. Hoping it's just from sunday and I'm still sore. I stopped working out to make sure as well that was not it...I do weightlight. Intermediate..
