Right now I am fighting off a cold almost gone and I had it for about 2 weeks. As for other health problems not really any other then having some cramping in the muscles in back of my lower legs.
My thyroid was one that was not working but this was decades ago and is still being monitored but there has been no changes.
My diet eating a lot more fresh fruits and veggies more fruits then veggies.
A while back I had diverticulitis but this back in 2010. I try to chew the seeds better from raspberries and I just picked up a juice machine to extract the seeds but have not had a chance to use it yet.
I have been working lots of overtime because I am a supervisor. It is too much overtime if you ask me.
I have had a itchy anaus once in a while because when I work I sweat a lot but than only happens like twice a month it seems.
Other then that I'm pretty good.

Brief Answer:
Vit E supplementation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Ideally dry skin without any specific underlying cause can only be managed with moisturizer. Do continue the same. You can opt for ones with aloe vera extracts.
The next best supplement which can help here is Vit E. Do take Vit E supplement in the form of Tab Evion one per day in the night after fod for a minimum of one month. This will solve many skin issues including improving the sebum production.
Do consider changing the present soap you using.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
