Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would like to explain that some ectopic heart beats are quite normal in every healthy individual during physical activity or emotional stress.
They are related to the activation of the sympathetic nervous system, leading to increased circulating levels of adrenaline and adrenaline, which lead the heart to beat faster and harder and thus cause even some ectopic heart beats.
This is a normal physiological reaction and does not indicate any medical disorder. These ectopic heart beats are not harmful.
Anyway, I would recommend checking your thyroid hormone levels in order to exclude a possible thyroid gland dysfunction and performing an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring in order to examine better your heart rhythm trends and determine the type of cardiac arrhythmia (if it is just a benign or a more serious situation).
I would also recommend focus on your anxiety. Yoga and regular physical activity can help improve the situation.
I would also recommend avoiding straining physical activity, caffeine and alcohol intake.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist

Well i did 24 hour holter ecg monitor
It was normal and had 8 ectopics within 24 hours so my doctor said no issues here
Also did thyroid hormones they were also normal
When you say i should not do strained phycical activity is that due heart or anxiety
Thank you

Hello again!
As you actually have no important arrhythmias, there are no limitations to your physical activity.
Anyway decreasing your level of excessive stress (physical and psychological) would be beneficial at reducing you palpitations feeling.
From the other side, aerobic exercises are highly recommended as they reduce your level of anxiety and improve cardiovascular performance.
Wishing you good health,
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

My level of physical activity very low due job i do, i used to play 2 times a week football but stoped due sympotoms i would get around chest area they scared me,
So in short i followed up with msct coronography , echo, ecgs multiple, blood work and 24 hour holter and thyroid hormones, all came good.
I still get these feelings and not well feeling on daily basis esp in the morning and sometimes anxiety or pannick attack.
For me is hard to belive with the symptoms i have its mental issue.
Also lost weight in past year ( i checked with gastro doctor too and some tests all clear too)
Cant do much physical i get this dull feeling in the chest or in the back or sometimes out of nowhere , hard breathing or mechanical breathing, last for 30 mins or so than next 3-4 hours im exhaused.
And i try to explain to myself that is not heart as multislice coronography was totally clear , (they say when is that negative is pretty much 100% accurate)
Or i get and ectopic beat , one or two , than i get this scary kinda feeling and im good only for lying in the bad .
So dr is telling me is anxiety i just have hard time believing with these symptoms i get is only mental
Really thank you for your time

Hello again!
Thank you for the additional information!
I would conclude about panic attacks, considering the cardiac tests and the fact that you have excluded a gastroesophageal issue.
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with a Psychiatrist and discussing regarding starting Duloxetine. It is an antidepressant drug which can help reduce the muscle pain too (especially in fibromyalgia).
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Wishing all the best,
Dr.Iliri
