Question: Hi, I suffer from leg pain and back pain. I was referred for Lumbar Spine MRI. My results are taking long to come back and its causing me a lot of anxiety. I have the MRI images. Would you be able to interpret the results for me?

From the images shared by you I can make a preliminary assessment of the lumbar spine.
There is a likely mild nerve pinching in the lower lumbar disc levels at L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels. It is mild and not something to cause anxiety.
The disc configurations are normal. There is no spinal canal stenosis.
Accurate interpretation needs a review of the CD images in a workstation.
