Brief Answer:
Intranasal steroids

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using 'Ask a Doctor'. I would first want to ask why it is that you think you have a nasal polyp? Depending on your symptoms, there may be another diagnosis. However, if you do have nasal polyps, the initial treatment is usually a nasal steroid spray, such as fluticasone or mometasone, which you can usually get over the counter without a prescription. If your symptoms are not relieved after a few weeks with this, steroid pills can be considered, and if that doesn't help, sometimes surgery can be done to remove the polyps (though they often come back).

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
